While traveling down State Street on Saturday, officers had to quickly stop their vehicle when an unknown person stepped in front of the car. The officers had to step on the brakes to avoid hitting the man and beeped their horn for the suspect to move.
When the 26-year-old man refused to move, the officers beeped their horn again and the suspect started.....
DANCING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
A small crowd came to watch his performance as he danced in front of the police car preventing the flow of traffic. With the suspect still refusing to move the officers left their car and arrested the man.
